Family Plan 

Plan can have up to 2 adults and 2 minors from the same household (members must be added at the time of purchase)

$130 Per Month

Payment: A credit/debit card is required to process payment monthly. First month’s payment is due upon sign up. Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of every month during sign up. To cancel membership, members must submit cancellation 15 days before due date to avoid being charged. Benefits: Benefits will only be received when your membership account is paid and active, and cannot be combined with other offers. If you do not use your free service(s) within the month they are voided. Services and discounts cannot be given to other people. There will be no refund for service(s) unused or if you cancel before the end of the month.
