If appointment is canceled with less than 24 hour notice 2 consecutive times you will be expected to pay an additional $10 fee for each cancellation with less than 24 hour notice after that at next appointment. If you cancel, no show, or rebook with less than a 12 hour notice you will no longer be accepted as a client in the future.
If you are more than 10 minutes late you could be expected to reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late 2 consecutive times you will be expected to pay an additional $10 fee for each time you are more than 10 minutes late each consecutive time after.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
With less than 24 hour notice it is very difficult to book in that appointment time. We want our clients to be able to get in when they need, and we also want to have a booked full day. This is an incentive for everyone to either keep and attend their appointment, or cancel with enough time for someone else to be able to book.
Anyone under 18 MUST have a parent or guardian sign their intake form BEFORE they receive a massage. If a parent or guardian has not signed they will not be able to receive a massage.
If you are sick or have sick type symptoms (even if you think it is allergies) you will be required to reschedule your service. We will not work on you while you are ill (examples: Flu, Cold, Infections, Etc.)
RMT is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or destroyed Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are NOT refundable.
